Home Story: Eclectic Spanish Loft

Home of Luis and Sonia Perez Catala

Eclectic spirit

In Barcelona we find the home of Luis and Sonia Perez Catala, owners of Antique Boutique shop.  Originally built in 1910, in renovating, the interior wall were taken down to allow for an open floor plan and better light flow.


Their decor is a mix of styles an colors which create an upscale Bohemian styling.  By blending antiques and new purchases, the couple realized the style they were trying to create.

 
















Festive appealing inside and outside, you need to really study every corner to understand how the styling evolved into such a happy and colorful home.





Check out the unusual brick ceiling in the home.




The kitchen is designed to function well and still keep the happy vibe going.
